We all know that black people have cans of milk in their refrigerator! Western governments spend millions marketing, advertising and subsidizing milk products. But is it really that healthy?
Well, milk contains lactose and the human body needs lactase to digest it. But as young people grow up into adults the production of lactase stops, and they are then unable to digest lactose.
Western people are unique in that they continue to produce lactase into adulthood.
But 90% of black people cannot digest Lactose, and most adults in the world are also lactose-intolerant, whilst 88% of Western Europeans are able to digest it.
Thats makes milk a health disaster for black people. In simple terms milk can cause anemia, allergies, & diabetes and it will set kids up for obesity and heart disease - the number one cause of death. Milk protein also is contained in casein which is also a raw material for commercial glue. But undigested, casein simply sticks to the intestinal walls and blocks nutrient absorption. The bottom line is that MILK is bad for our health!
